What actually is a healing recording?
Audio you listen to lying down, with headphones if you have them. I record it, you press play, and your nervous system does the rest. There is nothing to learn and nothing to prepare.
Do I have to be spiritual for this to work?
No. Plenty of the people this helps most would never use the word. You do not have to believe anything in particular, or sit a certain way, or clear your mind. You lie down and you listen.
What if I don't feel anything?
Some people feel something the first night. For the most part it turns up around night four or five, and it usually shows up as sleeping properly or noticing that the thing you were bracing about has stopped taking up the whole day. The ones who tell me nothing happened are nearly always the ones lying there concentrating hard on doing it correctly.
What if I fall asleep?
That is allowed and it still works. Your ears keep going after you are out. If you are asleep by minute eight then your body decided it was safe enough to stop holding on, which was the point.
What's the difference between Not Yours and Yours?
Not Yours is free and it is made for everybody. It helps you put down what you picked up from other people. Yours is made for one person from their own answers, runs around twenty minutes, and nobody else ever hears it. You listen to that one every night for a fortnight.
How does a healing reach me?
By email, as a link to an audio file you download and keep. Download it onto your phone rather than streaming it every night, so it is there whether or not you have signal.
What are the shirts like?
100% combed cotton, midweight, relaxed boxy fit with a drop shoulder. Chosen by touch rather than off a spec sheet. If you notice every seam, tag and scratchy collar, these were picked with you in mind.
What about sizing?
The fit is relaxed, so it sits loose rather than clingy. There is a size guide with measurements on every product page. If you are between sizes and want more room, size up.
Where do you ship?
Australia and the United States. Australian orders are printed in Australia and US orders are printed in the US, so nothing has to cross an ocean to reach you. Healing recordings are digital, so they go anywhere.
