A healing recorded for one person, and that person is you.

Most healing recordings are made for everybody at once, which means they're aimed at nobody in particular. They're lovely and they settle you, and the specific thing you're actually carrying is still sitting there in the morning because nothing was ever pointed at it.

This one gets pointed at it.

How it works

You take one of the ten spots, and I send you a short form. A handful of questions about what's going on for you at the moment. Say the actual thing rather than the tidy version, because the tidy version makes a tidy healing.

I read it and I sit with your energy. Then I record a healing built around what you told me, around twenty minutes long. It comes to you as an audio file within seven days, yours to download and keep.

Then you listen every night for two weeks.

Why fourteen nights and not one

Your nervous system updates through repetition. The first night it treats the sound as something new and stays half alert the whole way through. By about night four it has stopped checking. That's usually when people message me to say they actually slept.

You can't do this wrong

You don't have to feel anything on night one, and none of it asks you to be spiritual about it. In bed with headphones in and the lights off is all it takes. If you're asleep by minute eight then your body decided it was safe enough to stop holding on, which was the whole point.
